This is a great mini pizza to make and it takes minutes. I’m still trying to do as many Gluten free meals as possible but this is a great solution when the food pantry is empty, weather is bad or your stuck home sick. Or all of the above! I tend to always have some marinara or tomato sauce regardless if the kitchen is bare and I always make it a point to have these frozen naans from Trader Joe’s in the freezer. I just layer the sauce, another layer of very mince leftover chicken or spinach , another thin layer of sauce to hide the protein or veggie, you probably don’t have to do this however I do. Then I sprinkle the cheese on and put in the oven for about 4 minutes. It’s a hit every time!
